From 6 to 8 October 2026, GNA will take part in Fruit Attraction, one of the leading international events dedicated to the fruit and vegetable supply chain.
Three days of meetings and discussions with growers, packers, partners and professionals from different markets, during which the GNA team will present its packaging and automation solutions for the fresh produce industry, along with important digital innovations.
Technologies for the different needs of the fresh produce industry
Fruit, vegetables and fresh-cut produce have very different characteristics and require packaging solutions that can adapt to the product, the final format and the requirements of the production line.
GNA designs and manufactures packaging machines and automation systems for different stages of the process, developing configurations based on specific production requirements.
Applications for the fresh produce industry include technologies for flow pack packaging and tray sealing, filling systems, and solutions for product handling and end-of-line automation.
These solutions also include Octopus, GNA's Pick & Place system designed to automate product picking and placement into different types of containers. The technology has been developed with particular attention to flexibility, an important feature in an industry characterised by a wide variety of products and formats.
